Our Story

In 2022, after coming off a somewhat successful ride through the turbulence of the global COVID-19 Pandemic, serial entrepreneur Jasmine Danyelle Lewis opened Quellius Residential Group- a section 8 affordable housing project providing discounted housing and affordable meal options for homeless and displaced Veterans unable to qualify for VA assisted resources. Respectfully named ‘Section 8 VA’, Jasmine took her savings, sold her car and headed out west in hopes of beginning her project in the California Slums where the number of homeless at need individuals was growing at an alarming rate. However, the project failed shortly after its initiation, and returning to Atlanta in 2023, Jasmine found herself on the streets of the City of Atlanta.

While living out both her storage unit and twenty-four hour fitness facilities, Jasmine managed to obtain a job working as a Cleaner at a local pub.

As a first timer within the commercial food industry, the experience opened her eyes to the gruesome reality of the complexities of livable wages hiding discreetly in metropolitan areas.

After finally managing to scrape up enough money to relaunch her business, Jasmine re-opened TW Analytics, now Haselford Workforce Institute which led to the opening of Haselford Incorporated in the fall of 2023-

employing homeless and at-risk individuals who were also attempting to recover from financial setbacks and emotional traumas.

From that experience, Jasmine rebranded, adopting the moniker Elle Haselford Dixie and redoubled her efforts on providing affordable business services to the every day American. The company grew to be Haselford Incorporated.
